- Can we use our own branding?
With our Professional plan and above, you can integrate your stadium logo and colors. The system shows your branding in the app and across all user interfaces. Full customization is included in the Enterprise plan.
- How does cloakroom insurance work?
The built-in insurance protects visitors’ items up to a defined value. Visitors can optionally activate it at drop-off. In the event of damage, Tapcoat simplifies the claims process.
- Which payment methods are supported?
Tapcoat accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and SEPA transfers. For stadiums, we also offer invoicing. All payments are PCI DSS-compliant and secure.
- Do you offer training for our staff?
Yes, we offer comprehensive training for your team. It can take place online or on-site. We also create training materials tailored to your staff.
- Is it possible to export the data?
You can export all data in standard formats at any time. The dashboard offers extensive reporting features for analysis. Your data belongs to you and is available at any time.
