After signing up with Tapcoat, you can create events, set up cloakrooms, and invite your team – right from the dashboard, usually within a few minutes. Some of these features are only available to Enterprise customers. For Enterprise customers, we are also happy to customize the dashboard to your needs.
- How secure is the cloakroom data in the Tapcoat Dashboard?
All data is processed in compliance with the GDPR on servers in Germany and transmitted in encrypted form. You decide on access rights and user roles.
- Is the Tapcoat Dashboard also suitable for locations without a stable internet connection?
The QR-code-based Smart Check-in also works with a weak signal. The dashboard itself requires an internet connection for real-time sync; data transfer is deliberately kept lean so it runs reliably even at low bandwidth.
