- Does it work without an internet connection?
The data rate is so low that the QR code can be scanned instantly, even with a weak signal. Even in poor conditions, there are no delays or retries.
- Which items can the system manage?
The system works for jackets, coats, suitcases, strollers, umbrellas, and hats. All items are individually configurable and can be adapted to the requirements of any event.
- How fast is pickup?
Staff scan the guest’s wallet pass. The system instantly shows where the item is hanging. Pickup takes just a few seconds.
- Can mix-ups happen?
No. The digital pass links guest and item inseparably. Every item is uniquely assigned and documented. Mix-ups are a thing of the past.
- What devices are needed?
